Channel Manager for the US


Hello, we are Runecast.

Our Runecast Analyzer solution can catch errors and faults while they are still hiding in virtualized data centers before they make people sad or angry. We are also performing Data Science research on ML and NLP for context-based free text processing to make this process even smarter.

We’re a team of entrepreneur-minded professionals from 15 different countries - but united, most of us in our Brno offices! Our skills have convinced companies like Verizon, Fujisoft, Erste Bank, NCC, ONI, and many other big players out there to choose our solution to protect their data centers.

We are looking for an outstanding Channel Manager to join our team.

To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a Channel Manager to join our sales team. You will join our fast-growing team based all around the world and who reports directly to our VP of Sales and Marketing, based in Sydney, Australia.

As a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Manager, you will help us grow our brand and serve our customers. You will be working with prospects, showcasing our value proposition, and converting them into happy customers.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Enable our partners to increase their revenue
  • Identify, engage, recruit and onboard new channel partners to enhance their business and ours
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully working with the channel
  • Develop regional channel strategy and execute on it
  • Work with channel partners on business /account plans
  • Cooperate with Runecast and channel partner marketing teams on various marketing campaigns
  • Continuously manage relationships with channel partners
  • Educate partners on how to position and sell our product portfolio
  • Improving on our existing channel management strategy and plans
  • Monthly reporting on sales KPI’s within channel partners

Your skills and experience:

  • Prior channel management experience in the IT industry is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners
  • Strong personal network within the industry
  • Driven, highly motivated, and passionate about sales
  • Professional sales training would be an advantage but not essential
  • Preferred location: West Coast, Bay Area, or North-East in the United States
